These guidelines cover our brand assets, including, but not limited to:

• The names “KUNFT Marketplace” and “KNFT Token”

• KUNFT logo and/or branding elements (wordmark, icon, brand graphics...)

Intro

Our logo and name are important copyrighted parts of our brand, and we must protect them. So, let’s go over a few ground rules.

Don'ts

Do not use our brand assets (logo, icon, name) or any derivative works in any product, brand name, brand logo, etc. that can conflict or compete with KUNFT. For example, don't:

• Launch an NFT Marketplace called “KUNFT”.

• Create a product called that includes the name "KUNFT" in it as it may be misinterpreted as having an official relationship to KUNFT. For example: “KUNFT Tools”.

• Use or remix any of our brand assets to imply an official relationship, partnership, and/or other endorsement where there is none.

• Use the name “KUNFT” in social media channels in a way that implies any official relationship to us. In the case of fan groups and/or accounts, it must be clearly stated that it is not an official page/group directly affiliated with KUNFT.

• Falsely claim or suggest any sort of official relationship, partnership, and/or other endorsement in any way.
